Ethos Veterinary Health
Session: What Innovation Actually Looks Like in Practice — and Who's Leading it
-
As Director of Innovation at Ethos Veterinary Health, Nicole Vollert is building the company's inaugural innovation function from the ground up. From her early product design work in apparel to leading enterprise technology transformations across 90+ veterinary hospitals — including EMR deployments, integrated software ecosystems, and AI adoption — Nicole has spent her career turning ideas into reality across industries. Now, she's applying that same builder's mindset to reimagine the future of veterinary care through EthosX, Ethos' new innovation function. At the heart of EthosX is the X-Lab — a model for frontline idea sourcing and rapid testing — where Nicole works side-by-side with clinical and operational teams to explore real problems, test solutions, and hand off what works to scale across 1,200+ hospitals. If you're curious about what innovation actually looks like in practice — and who's building it — this is a session you won't want to miss.
