How It Works

We work with you to curate the HR Assembly agenda and attendee list to ensure that we deliver the most productive 2 days possible.

Four weeks before

We’ll share detailed profiles of each attendee with you and support you in prioritising who you’d like to meet with.

One week before

You’ll receive your personal agenda with will reflect your priority selections, as well as attendees who have expressed interest in meeting with you.

At the event

Across the two days, you’ll follow a personalised agenda featuring 15-minute, pre-matched meetings that allow you to explore synergies without the pressure of full presentations.

The wider programme combines conference sessions, peer-to-peer roundtables and informal networking at meals and social events, offering a carefully balanced mix of formal and informal engagement.
