Kunal Thakker is the Founder and CEO of Tooth Club, one of the fastest-growing private dental groups in the UK. Since opening the first practice in 2020, he has scaled the business to over 20 clinics across Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Suffolk, and the Midlands, with plans for 50 sites by 2029.
With a background at Goldman Sachs, Kunal combines financial expertise with entrepreneurial drive to disrupt the way dentistry is delivered in the UK. Under his leadership, Tooth Club specialises in dental implants, Invisalign, smile makeovers, and same-day treatments supported by a culture of innovation, strong branding, and customer experience.
Kunal is recognised for creating a people-first, culture-driven organisation. He has established global operations hubs in India and South Africa to support UK practices, while empowering leadership teams to run independently. He is passionate about scaling businesses sustainably, embedding strong values, and ensuring that growth translates into both commercial success and positive patient outcomes.
Beyond business, Kunal is a dedicated family man. He often credits his wife Jinal and their children as central to his journey, blending entrepreneurial ambition with a grounded personal life. His story reflects a mix of financial acumen, operational rigour, and human-centred leader.

Farzeela Rupani

Speaker - Colosseum Dental Group

Dr Farzeela Rupani is a Dental Surgeon, with a particular expertise in aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics. Since graduating in 2006, she has remained committed to the NHS and practiced in dental clinics across London and Hertfordshire. She spent nine years working for the General Dental Council enhancing her dento-legal skills and was previously a Management Consultant at KPMG working in the Healthcare Advisory division. Prior to joining Colosseum Dental Group, Farzeela was Clinical Director at a major UK medical and dental distributor, and spent time teaching undergraduate dental students in restorative dentistry at King's College London.

Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards

At the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Eddie 'the Eagle' Edwards launched himself off a 90-metre ski jump with fogged-up glasses, borrowed equipment and a fear of heights, finishing last in both events yet capturing the imagination of millions worldwide. His story of sheer determination against impossible odds made him a global icon and saw his extraordinary journey immortalized in the 2016 biographical film Eddie the Eagle, starting Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman.

Anushika Brogan

Speaker - Damira Dental Studios

Anushika Brogan is the CEO and Founder of Damira Dental Studios, an award-winning dental group with over 50 practices across the UK. Damira remains 100% independently owned, with no private equity investment behind it.
Anushika qualified as a dentist from King's College London in 1999. She then worked in the oral surgery departments at King's College Hospital and St George's Hospital, before spending two years in primary care.
In 2003, she acquired her first practice in Oxford. From that single site, she has built Damira into one of the UK's leading dental groups, growing it on her own terms and funding, with a team of clinicians and support staff across the country.
Anushika still practises clinically in Oxford. Her clinical interests include dental implants, advanced cosmetic dentistry, complex restorative cases, facial aesthetics, and short-term orthodontics.
She sits on the board of the Association of Dental Groups and writes a regular column, Balancing Life in Dentistry, for Dentistry Magazine. Under her leadership, Damira has won HealthInvestor Dental Group of the Year, and her hands-on, clinician-first approach continues to shape how Damira operates today.

Dr. Neil Sikka BChD

Speaker - Bupa Dental Care | Bupa UK Insurance

Dr Neil Sikka is Director of Dentistry at Bupa Dental Care and Chief Dental Officer for Bupa UK Insurance, as well as a practising dentist at Moorgate Bupa Dental Care. He leads Bupa Dental Care’s Clinical Advisory Team, supporting the organisation’s ambition to be the employer of choice for dental professionals.
Neil also oversees Bupa’s partnership with the charity Dentaid, supporting initiatives across the UK and internationally that deliver dental care to underserved and vulnerable communities through mobile clinics and volunteer programmes.
After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1987, Neil founded Barbican Dental Care with a vision to provide accessible, high-quality dentistry for busy professionals in the City of London. Under his leadership, the business grew to ten practices, serving over 50,000 patients annually, before being acquired by Bupa in 2014.
In his dual role across insurance and clinical services, Neil focuses on integrating patient pathways, improving access, and enhancing the experience for Bupa members across both dental and insurance offerings.
In April 2026, Neil was appointed Trustee of the Bupa Foundation, where he supports initiatives aimed at improving health and wellbeing in local communities
